Directions & Parking: The office is conveniently located near the I-15 freeway off-ramps at 106th South and 90th South. It is on the south side of 9400 South in the Southwood Medical Plaza (behind the Mountain America Credit Union). We are located in the building marked 870. Our office is accessed through the “C” doors. Ample free parking is available in the front and rear of the building. If you utilize public transportation, the F94 bus line stops on 9400 South in front of our office. It is accessible from the Historic Sandy TRAX station at 9000 South. The office is also within walking distance of the Sandy Expo TRAX Station.

Courtney Archer, MSW, CSW

Courtney is a Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Life.  She works from a strengths based focus, with an experienced background in Solutions Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.  She practices present and future focused, goal oriented therapy.  Unconditional positive regard is paramount to establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, and Courtney has it in spades.  She is a firm believer in the unlimited potential and worth of every human being, whatever his or her background, beliefs, or past may be.  She respects the individual strength within every person, and works to help people rediscover that strength.  She has a down to earth, optimistic perspective, and brings her own brand of creativity to whatever challenge she is faced with.  Courtney is also a stalwart promoter of self care, and fills her free time with reading, knitting, writing, hiking, and going adventuring with her husband.

Kerianne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and marriage, couple, and family relationship specialist. Kerianne enjoys seeing clients progress through difficult stages in their lives to find healing and hope. She has a passion for personal mental health and believes that a little work goes a long way in strengthening relationships and personal happiness. Relationships (marital, dating, or family) are a primary area of interest and expertise for Kerianne. She has helped individuals, couples, and families the gain skills and insight needed to have healthier and happier relationships. Tonya MillerTonya’s degrees in social work, child development and family studies enhance her clinical abilities as a therapist. Tonya’s goal is to support clients as they grow through challenges. Together, she and her clients develop strategies for success by utilizing a strengths-based approach that focuses on fostering resilience and skillful fulfillment of potential. Tonya believes that healthy interpersonal relationships are essential for personal wellbeing, and strives to empower clients in learning to communicate their needs, thoughts and feelings effectively as they navigate difficulties and discover hopeful vistas. Tonya has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families across the full scope of mental health acuity for many years. The majority of her professional experience has focused on pediatric behavioral health, with special emphasis on mood and developmental disorders. She also devotes much of her practice to supporting adolescents and families who are working with LGBT issues. Stacie Sears, MSW, Certified Social Worker

Stacie Sears marriage counselingStacie works with both individuals and couples, inclusive of all partner and family configurations. She draws on both research-based approaches and humanistic methods to treat the whole person. Stacie has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work. Couples therapy can be a supportive place to work through betrayal with the hope of rebuilding trust and finding a change path to help heal a relationship. Stacie works with partners to address their specific concerns which trouble their relationship. Her practice areas and interests also include relationships, anxiety, depression, loss, dying and death. And she works with clients hoping to transform trauma resulting from cancer diagnosis and treatment or other life-threatening and life-altering conditions. Dr. Swinton is the founder and director of Swinton & Associates Counseling. He has been published in the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy, and Families, Systems, and Health.
